Loving you is Easy to do...

I finally made it back to the gym yesterday after 5 days off... (They were closed for the long day weekend and I couldn't go last Thursday) and what do I do?......I pull a muscle in my neck doing the shoulder press!!!  I know exactly when I did it too....I was using the shoulder press and EEEEK..I felt it!   UGHHHH  Now unfortunately I probably won't be able to go back until at least tomorrow maybe not even until later this week.  I am so completely bummed!
My neck hurt so bad yesterday that it was physically hard to breath and it even made me nauseous as some points.... And of course I walked around all day yesterday like I was a stiff robot!  My husband mercilessly picked on me!  LOL

I put a heating pad on it last night and slept strictly on my back with hopes that I would awaken with it being better.  Although it's not 100% it does feel a little less stiff today. I'm crossing my fingers that by tomorrow it will all be a memory but not before I walk around, yet again today....like a robot who can't move their head!  :P

Today I'm shairng with you a card I made using one of SU's new stamp sets from the Occasions Mini catalog coming out in January.  I also used a sketch from Viva Verve Sketch Forum

I started with a card base of early espresso CS. I then used my new DSP from the Sala-a-bration catalog that will soon be released. It is called Everyday Enchantment and is gorgeousssss! That was matted with some very vanilla, sponged and adhered to the card base.

Next I created a strip of DSP, from the same Everyday Enchanted pack, and then added an early espresso strip down the center and some pieces peeking out from behind. That was all adhered together, some with dimensional adhesive and ribbon was added down the center. I added that to the card using dimensional adhesive.

My Bird image (isn't is a wonderful image?) was stamped with early espresso craft ink. I clear embossed that then colored it in using my watercolor wonder crayons and aqua painter. That was cut out and matted with calypso coral and early espresso CS. (The heart shapes are also in the new mini catalog) The heart was added to the card with dimensional adhesive.

The inside was finished off by adding a stamped sentiment that is matted with double hearts.
