Grey & Pink You are Loved

I recently had a request for 5 "love you/thinking of you cards" all different in style.  This card today is one of the five I came up with and it uses a set from the SU mini called You are Loved.  I love how the heart in this set has flowers and vines all running through it....and the sentiment matches perfectly.  It has such a romantic feel to it.

I started with a card base of basic grey CS.  Some sparkly bluish grey designer paper from My Minds Eye was used for the BG.  I lightly sponged that with some basic grey classic ink.

Next some basic grey CS that is matted with bordering blue.  A strip of sparkly designer paper was added with dimensional adhesive as well as some seam binding pink ribbon.   I added that whole piece to the card using dimensional adhesive.

My heart image was inked up with pretty in pink craft ink then stamped onto some sahara sand CS.  I cut that out and sponged the edges with sahara sand ink.  That was added to a decorative frame I crated with my nestabilities.  The sentiment was also inked up with pretty in pink craft ink, then matted with basic grey.

Lastly I stamped my heart image once more on scrap CS using basic grey craft ink,.  The dove was cut out then adhered to the card using dimensional adhesive.   Mini pink pearls were added to the top right of the card.

The inside was finished off by adding a strip of DSP and a smaller version of the heart from the front.

Thank you so much for stopping by today and stay tuned for the other 4 cards!
